About LyricaliTea Circles

In many cultures, tea is a symbol of hospitality — connection, mindfulness and presence. In LyrcaliTea Circles, we create a culture of hospitality to share writing practices that silence inner criticism, enabling you to access your creative-intuitive-compassionate inner wisdom. Research has shown that this method of connecting to your inner self, others, and nature through writing is a healing modality that helps us find meaning in life, and is highly effective in guiding us forward through difficult circumstances. There are LyricaliTea Circles for people of all ages and writing experience from beginner through advanced. Circles led by trained facilitators will begin meeting in winter, 2022, for people who live in Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, or Wright counties, MN, at:
